Site completion

If finishing materials, furniture, etc. are purchased all at once, the site will turn into a warehouse, and the builders will not be able to perform their work. Any necessary material need to be delivered by the time the work in question begins.

The completion process begins from preparing a procurement schedule. It is compiled on the basis of the cost estimate and takes into account the construction schedule, manufacture and delivery times. This schedule makes it possible to spare builders any extra troubles and to enable them to promptly switch from one kind of operations to another. It also enables to protect the would-be interior items from getting damaged in the course of construction operations.

It is impossible to order some of the cost estimate items without having any samples available, such as paint color, parquet, case furniture material samples. We will order paint swatches and samples for all of these items, and then discuss and approve them with the customer.

It is better to choose certain items, such as soft furniture, carpet, some kinds of lighting fixtures, ceramic tiles, etc., on the basis of exhibits demonstrated in showrooms. We will search for the shops wherein the items we require are put on display and will then prepare the shopping route.

All the approved items will be procured in accordance with the procurement schedule. We will oversee and check all the bills, contracts and other necessary documents. We will keep records of all financial documents. That will ensure a timely delivery of those goods and services, which are paid for by installments. We will send the customer monthly reports of expenses.

Where necessary, we will assist with the searching for and choosing of third-party contractors. We will then coordinate their work by agreeing on on-site measurement sessions, on the timing of their work with the construction supervisor, by providing advice as to all the project-related matters and making sure that all operations are provided on time and in line with the contract.

One of the main purposes of the Site Completion stage is to arrange timely delivery of all the items onsite. Before purchasing any items we always take into account the period of their manufacture and delivery, which is why all of the deliveries are subject to the construction schedule. We will provide the delivery services with all the necessary information and notify the recipient of the forthcoming delivery.
